Small hard bumps?

Hi Everyone i was wondering i have small hard bumps under my skin on my arms legs and oh hell the whole body.  Was standing in front of 5 ID doctors and none knew what it was.  Been there for Years even before meds. Has anyone else had this problem? They are about the size of a quarter  Thanks

Hi 1RWR1,
I have always had hard bumps on my head, 2 or 3, that the docs said were calcium deposits.  I had some removed about 10 years ago and they have grown back.  Do yours hurt when you touch them?  Mine usually don't but can sometimes be sensitive to the touch.  Good Luck, Snow

Thanks Snowangel  They are not sore but itch sometimes.  They are kindof ungly when i wear a tank top or go shirtless.  Doctors wanted to cut them all but there is alot of them

Maybe you could have them cut out some so at least you can have them find out what they are?  I think I have seen what you are describing but other than that I have no idea :)  Sorry ,I can't be more help.  Snow

Have you been to a dermatologist, to have it checked out ? If so, what did they say.

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57

72 YEARS YOUNG

They are not on the skin they are under.  They also match on each side.  I thought it was glands but those 5 doctors said no

They don't sound quite like cebacous cysts but worth checking out with your dermatologist anyway. Those cysts can be very hard at times.

hi, i have them also, have had them for 20 years. My doctor and my massage therapist both told me they tend to be hereditary and are little fat deposits called fatty lympomas. I have noticed more as I have aged (oh yeah and gotten fatter  ;) ) We decided as a treatment team NOt to remove them since they did not hurt and often times they just grow back...I have two symetrical ones above my outer knee area on each leg and two on either side of my spinal column on my back...hope this helps some. thanks, z
