Today's Lab Results
« on: June 14, 2010, 02:43:23 pm »
Just got latest lab results -

Still undetectable  (YEAH)
CD4 dropped a little to 672 from 730 last time (but, I'm not complaining')
The CD4% went up nicely to 41% (YEAH)
Also, doc was happy that my triglycerides have fallen from 282 to 210 (which is still a little high, but a significant drop from 3 months ago)

Thanks everyone for continued support!

I'm very happy for you.  That CD4 drop is a wash when you factor in percentage.  I wish I had that %.

Keep up the good work!

Hi Tommy:

Really didn't have too much of a plan on the trigs --- I switched to all wheat bread, cut back on white rice and potatoes, and increased other vegetables (broccoli, peas, green beans) - also use frozen vegetables.  I also cut back on some of the seasonings I use when I cook (i.e. seasoning salt).  Lowered the amount of ground beef I eat (now when I eat it I make sure it is at least 80/20 in regards to leaness).... I'm hoping that these changes are what is making it go down.  Doc says as long as it keeps falling or doesn't go up anymore she won't recommend meds for it ---
