Least Favorite Workout

I hate doing Pendlay Row and Snatch Grip Deadlift. I always feel awkward doing them. Heavier load is extremely discomforting, and lighter load is way too easy.

Squats. I'm always afraid I'm going to injure my back or knees. Also it is so strenuous my heart feels like it is pounding through my chest. It is one of the best lower body exercises you can do but I don't like doing them.

I hate the hack squat machine my gym has.  My trainer, of course, makes me do them.  First of all, it feels kind of awkward because you are angled back.  The pads kill my shoulders and neck.  I hate them.

what if you use the bar instead of the machine? just do a really light weight and gradually build up
