Possible exposure to HIV!

I am going through a bit of paranoia here

So here goes...

On the 9th of March I had an encounter with an older man with unknown HIV status for me.

First there was kissing, ok no problem with that.. then we played a little, he put on a condom, and was getting ready to anally penetrate me, but as he was going to, the condom broke and there was no penetration, but i think i could feel his penis head on the entrance of my anus, and as soon as the condom broke he backed off, so it was no longer than 2-3 seconds that he was holding his penis on my anal hole. could some pre-cum cause HIV infection when it touched my anal hole?


Second, when this happened, we decided to go oral ... and I was blowing him until he ejaculated in my mouth, which i all very elegantly swallowed ... Now, at the time i had 3 bad teeth, that i was stupidly refusing to fix over the years... Could it happen that i got HIV from that?

next week is 6 weeks from the encounter and i am going to get tested, but as the testing comes closer, my sanity goes thinner, so i decided to post it here...

Oh another thing that i thought should be taken into consideration, is that Macedonia is a country with around 0,1% of the population being HIV positive or around 150 official cases, that also puts some odds in my favor

If you had been penetrated you would have known it so you didn't have a risk there .
The oral sex wasn't a risk either , your saliva and stomach acids renders HIV unable to infect .

  There have been no fewer than three separate serodiscordant couples studies (where one person is HIV positive, the other negative.) These couples were tracked for three. five and ten years. The couples used condoms for penetrative vaginal and anal sex, but NO BARRIER at all for oral sex. Any kind of oral sex.

These studies yielded NO infections.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED FURTHER HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care checkup, including but not limited to HIV testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine checkups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine HIV tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than HIV. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid HIV infection. It really is that simple!

Oki, at around 6 weeks after the encounter I went to a testing clinic and got tested with what I was informed was 3rd gen rapid blood test which the nurse said was on par with all modern tests ok and came out negative...

Now what worries me is this, before I got the test, there was some confusion with another guy and I got tested without any consultation or something, just got tested and came negative, but after that the nurse told me, that if she knew my encounter was 6 weeks ago, she wouldn't have done the test because its not conclusive and I MUST get tested at 3 and 6 months!?

Hmmmm makes me think now, do i need retesting?

And I am asking another time, oral sex is safe sex ok, but what about several rotten teeth and a white tongue when i was giving head(candy-something bacteria), that puts me up on the high risk folk list ei ei ei ?

Oh and another thing, out of the 150 cases of HIV in my country i mentioned in the original post, 50 are kinda dead, 50 already have aids and 50 are living with HIV in my country, that should lower the risk!?

The CDC guidelines for HIV testing in the United States is 6 weeks past any possible exposure and again at 3 months to confirm the result , not sure why your nurse or country does it differently .

The fact that you didn't have a risk combined with the negative HIV test at 6 weeks means your 3 months confirmation test will be negative as well .

According to you, what kind of conditions my mouth has to be in, for transmission through oral sex to even be a possibility? Theoretically speaking of course

You would need large open bleeding wounds or a condition you can google called meth mouth , that could make it theoretically possible for oral sex to be considered a risk . 

Your 6 week negative test isn't likely to change .
