Title: CBD oil for disturbed sleep?
Post by: wardp on September 24, 2019, 10:02:20 am
Hi has anyone had experience with CBD oil separately or with thcfor disturbed sleep?. I'm not looking to get high.i haven't had a proper night sleep for years and I don't have apnea .  I would love to wake up fully refreshed in the morning..I flatly refuse to take any addictive pills for it etc. CBD is now available in Bangkok hospitals on prescription. I will ask my hiv doc at my next visit also about possible interactions etc

Hi Wardp,

I live near Bkk too and my insomnia has greatly worsened recently. Even if reluctantly I’m thinking to ask a dr for pills.... I’m really exhausted now.

Can I ask why you refuse pills and what’s exactly this CBD oil is?

I’m also thinking to move my art pills (generic Complera) from dinner to breakfast to check if there’s any improvement on the sleep. Taking time for the change cause I have an established routine of years of taking my pills with dinner.

My depression is also back quite badly, whether that’s a cause or a consequence I have no idea.

Hugs
