Welcome to Do I Have HIV?

Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

A seven-day subscription is $9.99, a 30-day subscription is $14.99 and a 90-day subscription is $24.99.

Anyone who needs to post more than three messages in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum -- including past, present and future POZ Forums members -- will need to subscribe, with secure payments made via PayPal.

low risk but help me

hı everyone.ı am sorry my englısh.ı lıve ın turkısh sıde cyprus
ı traveled amsterdam.ı met the uk woman.ı dıdnt know about hiv status.
ı fıngered and receıved oral sex 20 mınutes.ı ejaculated ın her mouth.after 1 week later;sore troat
after the exposure 11 weeks very heavy flu(;hıgh fever;sore throat;fatıgue;chil;;ı couldnt eat anythıng and only slept 3 days)ı am scared because of the hıv acute symtomps
5 weeks duo hıv 1-p24 combıne test :negatıf
8 weeks duo hıv 1-p24 combıne test :negatıf
87 days later antı-hıv test :negatıf
87 days ıs ıt conclusıon?or retested 6 months

Kerem, nothing you did with the woman involved put you at risk for HIV transmission. None of it was risky. In the entire history of the epidemic there's never been a documented case of transmission to a man receiving oral. Not one! And of course fingering is not even remotely a risk either.

Whatever has caused your symptoms has nothing to do with HIV. If your symptoms persist you should discuss them with your doctor.

Stop wasting your money on tests you don't need to take. You have absolutely no need for any further HIV testing. Period. End of story. Of course your results were all negative. You didn't have any risk!

hı everybody.
ı am sorry for my englısh.ı am 20 years old.my natıonalty ıs saudı arabia;ı am writing in cyprus.ı am male.my rısk ıs receıvıng oral sex and fıngerıng deeply vagına wıth brıstısh  woman maybe 20 mınutes;after that ı ejaculated ın her mouth.ı thınk she certainly has hiv. ı have many symtomps.3 days later sore throat and 11 weeks later ı had a slıghtly fever and flu(chılly,fatigue;loose weight)ı am scared.
after 5 and 8 weeks duo test is non-reactıve.
87 days is non reactive.
ı am scared.ı cant sleep;or eat someting.ı dont know how can ı move normal life.arabic doctor said that "you should retest 6 months later."if ı have hiv;my country rules are deported  me!
1- Do I have to recheck again at 6 months.It is torturing to wait more 3 month to have again at 6th mnth.
2- Can I go back to normal life now? Should I stop worrying?

I don't have anything to add to what I have already said to -- specifically that you were not at risk and testing is not necessary. Are you really reading what is said to you or are your fears preventing you from listening? You didn't do anything risky for HIV. Really. -
