Hi, sorry for my poor english. Just for real sex experience day before yesterday I have visited to a prostitute. I don't know her HIV condition. I was so excited that I have ejaculated when she put on condom on my penis. On that condition I have penetrated in her vagina (with wearing the same condom) and push 4-5 times (less than 30 second). Then I have brought out my penis. I found some blood spot on my condom. She said me it is due to her period. But anxiousness killing me. As a normal process after ejaculation my penis should become smaller and thus condom become loose. When I brought out my penis, so far I remember the condom was not seems to much loose on my penis. The blood spot was on my condom and the condom covered maximum of my penis.Is there any chance of infected by HIV (assuming the prostitute is HIV +)? Sex after ejaculation do have increase the chance of infection? Do I need to test. Please, I am just dying. Save me with your advice.

You absolutely did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. Condom have been proven to prevent hiv infection and it doesn't matter if there was blood on the condom. You were protected.
There have been three long-term studies of couples where one is positive and one is negative. In the couples who used condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, but no barrier for oral activities, not one of the negative partners became infected with hiv. Not one.
Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST SPECIFICALLY OVER PROTECTED INTERCOURSE, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Hello all,
Its query of one of my friend. I describe in his language below.
I had relations with a sex worker last week and have been worried if I have contracted the HIV virus. I used protection for both oral and vaginal sex. At the end, I noticed whit vaginal fluids on the base of my penis that the condom did not cover. I went to clean it off using a cloth and alcohol gel, but I rubbed it towards the tip of my penis, making the fluids touch the head and possibly the urethra opening. Am i at risk for HIV? I got tested the next day but realized it takes weeks for me to get results. Please respond, Ive been avoiding my girlfriend for the week and dont want to pass it on to her if Im at risk. Thank you.

What happened to your friend is pefectly common. And in no way was it a risk for HIV.
HIV is a very fragile virus that requires specific circumstances in order to transmit. It can not remain viable and infectious outside the body at all.
Your friend was thoroughly protected wearing a condom, no mater how he took it off.

I totally agree with Jonathan. Your friend was NOT at risk for hiv infection when he cleaned vaginal fluids off his penis. NO RISK.
