female oral sex transmission

Hello..
I've done some research before coming in here
And I guess I'm just looking for a definite answer. I had oral sex with my partner who is hiv+ who has had an undetectable viral load for years.. When I just looked at her blood work it states <20 copies.. we've been together for years and I've never had this happen before and I guess that's where my concern comes in.
However I gave her oral sex, and soon after began to feel sick. My lymph node has become swollen. I went to the doctor they said it was an sinus infection/ allergies.. I also had blood work drawn around the 2 week mark while my lymph node was still swollen.. Hiv came back non reactive so did my test for Herpes etc.. But I'm concerned that I may have tested to soon.. As my lymph node is still swollen.
I read up on u=u but I'm still concerned. So I'm here bothering you'll.. Thanks in advance for any answers

Well, whatever has made you sick has nothing to do with HIV from this event and I and you had no HIV risk from this event regardless of your partners vial load or treatment status.

No need for any HIV testing over this event, move on with your life. I suspect you already knew this before posting here.
 
Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms, and the only way of knowing is by testing.
