Please help me, I am poor!
« on: April 16, 2013, 12:50:26 pm »
Once upon a time, a few mistakes ago ...

Well, I met a guy online and we arranged meeting. We kissed hard, and I did not do anal sex with him, for he said to me that does anal sex with protection, then no way!

But the problem is that he put his finger in my anus so hard, and then used his tongue in my anus. For completeness, I sucked his penis, no ejaculation, but left much pre-cum, and it went straight into my mouth.
I had cuts and sores in the mouth, and that's my fear, because I have heard many different theories of doctors here in my country that seminal liquids come into contact with cuts directly into the bloodstream.
Other than that, I was told that he could have cuts on his tongue or his finger, and it made me even more scared because it was dark.

I had some symptoms such as headache, muscle pain and fatigue. Then 20 days later I did a quick test and it was negative.
The point is that you need a 90-day trial, right?
But I wonder if from the moment you have symptoms of acute infection the test can already be positive?

Help please, I've been very scared, my life has revolved around that. If that is still life ....

You never had an exposure to HIV.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

But what if there were cracks in my anus and saliva contact with him?
And assuming that the precum is a seminal fluid and had cuts in my mouth?

As Rod pointed out you never had a risk for HIV .

Saliva isn't infectious and has over a dozen proteins and enzymes that render HIV unable to infect .

The same fact about saliva is the reason you didn't have an oral risk as well .

There have been no fewer than three separate serodiscordant couples studies (where one person is HIV positive, the other negative.) These couples were tracked for three. five and ten years. The couples used condoms for penetrative vaginal and anal sex, but NO BARRIER at all for oral sex. Any kind of oral sex.

These studies yielded NO infections.

But if I were infected, from the moment I already feel the symptoms, the test would have positive, right?

So you have ABSOLUTELY SURE that I did not have to conduct a new test (Day May 9 will three months since the incident)?

You never had an exposure and don't need testing.

Of course you don't. We have already told you that there wa absolutely no risk.

Whoever told you that cuts on a person's finger or tongue can transmit HIV knows nothing about the virus. We have spent over a decade researching this stuff, and our answers are not going to change.

"Many people, especially in the gay community, turn to oral sex as a safer alternative in the age of AIDS. And with HIV rates rising, people need to remember that oral sex is safer sex. It's a reasonable alternative."
