Wow, seems we were just posting comments about Seattle being 90 days out!  Now we're at 55.  I've been communicating with my dear sweet cousin who lives in Portland and we're trying to work the logistics to spend some time together.

I just had another friend contact me on Facebook, one I haven't seen in at least 17 years. This is going to be old-school reunion time for me as well as seeing everyone from here!

55 Days?

Yee Gawd where has the time gone?

I need to get into the basement and get Jan's room tidied up.  No one's slept down there since her friends stayed here a year ago.

I also have to double check the locks so I can lock here into her room.  I love doing that, it drives her nuts!
(But I only do it when she gets mouthy--which is pretty much a sure thing.)

You obviously haven't found the tunnel I started last time I was there... ;D

Lock me in the basement and you're on your own when it comes to getting organised for the *Party*...you'll be scrubbing floors all day by yourself ... :D

For those here who were at San Fran 2007 and remember her...

It turns out that there is a strong chance my friend, Beth, may get to come up to hang with me some in Seattle, too!

I'm totally crossing my fingers.  Beth is pure gold.

She and I got to meet up in SF after not seeing each other for about 15 years.  It was a big hug followed by...

"So anyway...."

The conversation resumed like it hadn't been 15 minutes.

She's THAT kind of friend to me, so I am psyched.
