As subject says - would appreciate any input.

Why bother? Just don’t eat until you hit ketosis then you’ll have plenty. Better to spend on trainer and/or protein.

why bother? 1. to help with the "keto flu" after a cheat...
2. when i do take them before a workout i feel like i got a shot of super duper power!
3. it helps me with recovery i feel - less soreness after intense training.
4. I believe it helps as an eloctrolyte since it is usually in salt format
Maybe all BS and it is those Jedi mind-tricks?
