Title: brief unprotected insertive
Post by: Sam8585 on April 17, 2021, 06:51:33 pm
hiya, and thank you so much for the time and effort your people are punting in this forum. it was always a great help for me as person with anxiety.

last 3 days i had an encounter with a trans girl :
after foreplay she wanted me to go without condom i said no. and asked about her stat she said she is negative and tested recently. so we continue the foreplay. while she was sitting on my laps and penis rubbing. i tough i was rubbing my penis between her cheeks ans anus, but then i realized that a part of my penis was inside her (not sure if she put if there or no) duration was about a minute; i stopped immediately.
we talked for a while and after she showed me on her email a negative test done last month (don't know if it was hers) i showed her mine done last two months
then we continued with condom, before we finished she asked me again to go without condom again i said no and stooped.

i never had unprotected insensitive (i'm only top) i don't know how i got into this situation.
now anxiety is taking over after i saw that in her profile she have different dates for testing that don't match what she showed me.
what fueling my anxiety is why she insisted on going without condom without even asking me about my hiv stats and she is not on PrEP.
i have to wait 6 weeks before going for testing.
what do you think about my situation
i appreciate your input
thank you

Hiya.

Read your post I understand that there was brief condomless intercourse (penetration) It is an HIV risk although as it was brief and you were the insertive partner it would be less risky than being the then receptive partner as an example.

I suspect you will be fine but test to confirm your HIV status with a blood-drawn HIV antibodies test at 6 weeks post-incident, a negative result at that time will rarely ever change. If you wish you can re-test at 3 months post-incident for peace of mind.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your health care provider about taking PrEP going forward as an additional layer of HIV protection.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim
