Hello everybody !! I 'm a really  anxious person so my question may seem a little silly ... I've had the encounter described at the title of the topic. I've visited a local strip club and have touched the strippers vagina with my fingers (none insertion happened) . Then she has touched my lips with her tongue (or something like that, it wasn't a french kiss for sure cause my mouth was close...) . Am I at any risk because of this encounter ?? I have some questions about testing as well ... I have read many things about the window period. Some people say 6 months, others say 3 months... The doctor I 've asked at the lab I've visited told me that the window period is 6 months and he advised me that I should wait 6 months, wait another month for more conclusive results ( = 7 months) and then take the test . I 'm talking about an antibody test , not of the 4th generation for sure. What is the window period for older antibody tests to be reliable ? Don't know if the test I'm going to have is a 3rd, 2nd or 1st generation .  The numbers mentioned in the web include all the antibody tests ? (1st, 2nd, 3rd generation ?) Thank you for your time !!!

No you were never at risk.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

There is no reason for you to test from the situation you've provided.
