I know this is very premature, but I would like to take on this responsibility again for next year.  I enjoy keeping everyone up to date and helping our Esteemed Coordinator keep track of "numbers".

Friends,

To maintain two separate Arrival / Departure lists for AMG 2010 would be no problem for me.  I would prefer to keep both lists in the same thread.  However, this would require readers to scan the thread to make sure that they are reading the correct list.  I would also be willing to share the code for the table I have been using should someone in the London group like to take on the responsibility.  (The table code, which is somewhat cumbersome to work with, was given to me by an AMG member several years ago with the promise of anonymity.)  I'm sure that they would like me to share.

This information has proven very helpful to the event Coordinator in terms of number hotel nights booked, Meet & Greet and other event planning.  The "Welcoming Committee" at the hotel likes to know when an attendee is due to arrive so all can be on hand to exchange hugs and kisses.
