Been having anxiety attacks...
« on: September 15, 2009, 12:07:14 pm »
I have herpes but the sores and what not are all healed with some that have only scabs.

Last week, I visited a massage parlor for about two hours and received a handjob in the end.

I did not check the girl's hands for any open lesions or sores but we did hold hands at times and I roughly ran my fingers all over her hands and I did not feel anything strange.

We did not kiss mouth to mouth, did not have intercourse and the masseuse + me never touched her genitals.

She used oil to massage me and in the end massaged my penis (without a condom) for about 10 minutes into release.

She was fully clothed for the whole two hours...

I just don't know why but for some reason I feel I am infected with hiv...

I read all over the internet saying that hand jobs are no risk yet I've been having dreams that are heavily related to my hiv anxieties.

I've been feeling stupid, foolish, selfish and inhuman because I also have a gf and I don't want to give anything to her. I don't even know why I did what I did...

Is it possible to get infected with hiv this way?

At no time were you at risk of contracting HIV.

Fortunately "feelings" are not facts. Nothing you did put you at risk for HIV transmission.

Essentially the sexual risks for HIV transmission are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as you always use condoms for those activities you will be well protected. It really is just that simple.

Cheers.

thank you for giving such a response. i feel somewhat relieved...but do you all think i should go for a blood test for peace of mind sake?...

i read in the forums that to be certain, i'll have to wait at least 6 months...

sigh...i don't know if i can endure 6 months of anxiety although it's quite fair as punishment for my selfishness and stupidity.

6 months for what? Didn't you bother to read the replies that you've been given? For the last time you did NOT HAVE A RISK.

Then seek professional mental help for your non risk issues. We can't help you with your paranoia.
