Atripla is available at the Anonymous clinic on Ratchadamri road for 2400ish THB. You need a prescription for it. I recommend Dr. Sataporn in Bangkok Christian Hospital in nearby Silom road, every Tuesday 5pm till 7 pm. Any doctor prescription will do. You also can get the separate component for cheaper price as well for around 2000thb. (Emtacitabine and tenofovir + Efavirenz)
