Please help!! suck a breast and HIV??

I'm 25 years old male. I suck African sex worker womens breast in strip club 4 days ago, I suck her breast about 1 or 2 seconds. Some drops of maybe milk or fluid, get it inside the mouth i feel the taste with tongue. I don't know if there was a blood with milk or not. I think there was no cut in my mouth, but some people says there are some cuts you can't see!!. Whether i have a chance to get HIV if the sex worker has HIV positive? Is there any other viruses could pass by this way?? Also, I give her some fingering in her vaginal but not inside.

I asked an expert and he said "It can transmit HIV and rates are pretty high"!!!! I'm so confused .... please I need a details.

You have NOT had a risk for hiv infection.

The breast milk of an hiv positive woman is only a danger to tiny infants who rely on breast milk for their only source of nourishment. It is not a danger to an adult when consumed in small quantities such as what you describe. If this woman had any kind of injury to her nipple that would cause blood to be present, believe me, she would not have let you anywhere near her nipples because it would be painful.

Saliva contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER THIS SPECIFIC NO RISK SITUATION, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

The viral load does not matter. Not one adult has ever been infected through breast milk and you are not going to be the first.

Did you actually read my entire post? I already told you that you do not need to test over this NO RISK situation.

"The higher salt content of seminal fluid and breast milk may overcome the ability of saliva to fight HIV infection, according to researchers at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. The finding helps to explain how semen and breast milk transmit the virus via the mouth."

So what is your opinion??

That's a theoretical risk for an adult. There's never been a documented case of transmission in the manner you are concerned about.

Stop searching the web. All you will do is feed your worst fears to no good purpose.

You did not have a risk. Period.

Sorry, but just two more questions:

1) I had touched and checked my lymph node last week and now I have noticed I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, just 10 days after what I did with the sex worker, I can feel it's grown in the last week. It never happened in my whole life!!! And HIV cause this, right?

2) What is the perfect time to get HIV DNA test? because I have a girlfriend and I don't want to put her life at risk, enev if my risk is low.

The PCR DNA is not approved for diagnostic purporse. Aside from anything else it often yields false positives.

You don't need to test. You didn't have a risk. How many times do you need to hear that before you'll believe it?

Leave your lymph nodes alone. They are very sensitive to the touch and you can create a real problem by bothering them. A swollen lymph node is not an HIV specific occurence. It happens for all sorts of non - HIV related reasons.

Cut out the drama, Jose. You did not have a risk for HIV. This is all about guilt because you went to a sex worker. Get over it and get on with your life. I am also going to warn you that if you continue to come back here again about this non-risk incident you are going to find yourself getting a Time Out.

HIV is not your problem. Period.
