I was recently in Las Vegas and had an encounter with a prostitute. Long story short, the prostitute got naked and masturbated in front of me. I was drunk and didn't want to do anything but in my drunken stupor, I convinced her to give me a handjob after she had been touching herself. I don't know where she had been before hand or how clean her hands were. She never really fingered herself, just played around that area. Anyways, I was so paranoid I made her give me a handjob through my khaki pants and boxers underneath. Is there any possible remote chance of transmission of HIV or any other STD here? Responses appreciated, thank you

At no time were you at risk in the situation you've provided. You wouldn't have been a risk if you were naked. Take the time to read the transmission lesson. You can find the link in the "Welcome" thread.

Maybe your pants got messed up but that's about all you ran the risk of during that incident. This epidemic is going to be around for a longtime to come so you need to know the real deal about what is risky sexually as far as HIV is concerned.
It's really very simple. Just always use condoms for vaginal and anal intercourse and you will be well protected sexually in terms of HIV. All the other risks sexually are theoretical as far as HIV is concerned.
Also, it's a good idea to avoid mixing excessive drinking with casual sex because that impairs your ability to make smart decisions.
This time you are worrying needlessly.
