Yes I have.

I have had low and lower phosphate ever since I have been having blood work done. I was placed on Vitamin D and calcium replacement treatment which has maintained the levels, albeit still low.

Whilst there can be other causes, one thing to consider is the timing of your blood work. Phosphate levels are subject to diurnal variation i.e. they fluctuate throughout the day - not many doctors are aware of this (I had to point this out to mine). The levels are lowest in the morning and do not begin rising until the afternoon. I have my bloods taken first thing in the morning. When I had them taken in the afternoon as a one-off there was a marginal improvement in the phosphate numbers.

Did they check your Vitamin-D level?
