Questions about piercing

Hello, about 10 days ago I got three piercings in my mouth, it was at a place that some friends recommended to me, when I arrived the needles (hollow) were out of their packaging, on a napkin, since then I have doubts about whether I could have been infected with HIV, I entered the place five minutes after another person had gotten their piercings.

I also got three blood clots on my cheek, I don't know if they were accumulated blood from another person.

I don't know much about HIV, those are my doubts.

If the needle was used by someone before me, would I get infected since it was in the oral mucosa and HIV is transmitted through mucous membranes?

If the three points of clotted blood were another person's blood, would HIV live there until it entered my bloodstream?

Do I need to get an HIV test?

Could HIV have been alive inside the needle for 5 minutes?

I read your post a dozen times very carefully, what you posted here wasn't an HIV risk.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and get vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

I'm asking you directly again: If the needle used for piercing (hollow needle) has already been used before because it was not in its packaging and a little blood gets into my buccal mucosa (cheek mucosa), can I get HIV? Why is there no risk if blood is injected? All this happened five minutes after another person left after getting a piercing. Can you explain to me how transmission occurs through needles?
Note: the needles pierced my buccal mucosa, I didn't realize they were new.

1995...Perhaps you want to reword your question to something like this:

So, It is an HIV risk when sharing hollow needles (syringes) during drug use due to the volume of fluids containing HIV that are kept within a vacuum, so they are not exposed to the environment that is (re)-injected within a very short time directly into the bloodstream.

This isn't the case here, although a piercing needle is hollow, there is no quantity being kept in a vacuum and there is exposure, HIV is fragile and once exposed outside the confines of the human body the receptors needed to infect corrode leaving it unable to infect.
