I'm not sure why your doc is having you take the Epivir every other day.

The correct dosing schedule for this combo is:
Reyataz 150 mg 2 pills once a day
Norvir 100 mg one pill once a day
Epivir 300 mg one pill once a day
Ziagen 600 mg one pill once a day

Epivir comes in 150 mg pills as well, and Ziagen as 300 mg pills and these strengths could be taken twice a day, but the total dose should remain the same, and there is really no need to split these doses now.

Please check with your doc again about the dosing.
