The English translation of HIVnet 2007 (http://www.hivmedicine.com) is now available for free download. It's the 15th edition of a medical textbook written by German HIV docs. On more than 800 pages, it provides a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the treatment of HIV infection, OI and side effects. The language is somewhat technical because the book is mainly written for physicians, but you'll get used to it very quickly.
