At 10p for the first session, I'll be lying in bed reading from my tablet in the dark while my hubby snores beside me and our dog sleeps on the bench at the foot of the bed.

Thanks so much! I could use this for sure.  either time is ok for me. MST for me so I'm up or awake  for either time.  will yo send zoom info on here or do you need a email.
