Post by: emeraldize on October 14, 2012, 07:06:50 pm
I don't see this posted yet and it's got my curiousity piqued, fer sher.

I saw this HuffPo piece today. Please take a look at this link and tell me if this book would be of interest to you, likely ho-hum, been there-lived that, any feedback.

As a usual skeptic, I read this with an open mind  Not sure what to make of it.  Not sure if he's testing the gay waters or is legit.  Those of us raised with strict religious indoctrination have issues with this entire subject.

Thanks Wolfie. I wondered, too, if it's legit. I can envision the plight of his close friend being motivating. That he didn't clue in his own parents seems possible. Hopefully, it wasn't done with a book being the forecast outcome.

Thinking of creating my own experiment.  I'll come out as a straight man, complete with a girlfriend and everything.  I'll track peoples' reactions and see if I'm more accepted.   ;D

I'd just have to explain to people that I actually got the AIDS the clean way.

"I hesitate to articulate on the true course of rectitude for the fear of deviation".   ;D

Or perhaps, "One man's cure"....lol

One Man's Cure -- that works, simple, concise.

But Rectitude -- now there's a fetchin' word.
