Hi,
Anyone having gastro intestinal issues with Isentress or Truvada?
The likely, very obvious drug culprit is long term use of low dose Celebrex, which we've just now removed from my Hemophilia/HIV/HCV husband's medicine regime, since very recent gastro issues have manifested as sudden, extreme nausea, some anxiety, but more dangerously internal bleeding episodes, which NSAIDs are notorious for causing.

Anyone with experience using Serrapeptase (natural enzyme)?
We're looking for a natural anti-inflammatory to replace Celebrex. Apparently, once NSAID problems have begun, even use of a milder, more Hemophilia friendly NSAID such as Trilasate isn't a good idea.

There are cautions against persons with Hemophilia using Serrapeptase since it is will eat blood clots too, (as well as other organic debris) but these cautions so far do not seem to followed up with real life use indicating use as bad.
Long term HIV'ers sometimes have Hemophilia too, so I'm directing my questions to this particular community please.

on another note:
Truvada anxiety:
We have pinpointed an interesting (and annpying energy burst with strong anxiety elements of it about an hour after Truvada enters my husband's system. 1mg immediate release Xanax taken with the Truvada balances it out.
pain, inflammation therapy:
Another medical, non-medicine therapy we've tried with excellent results is Rifing, in case others are looking for therapies  re: inflammation and pain relief too.

Thank you,  best health everyone,
akcol.
