This is critical for millions including myself so we can continue to afford our monthly premiums and receive healthcare coverage.

There is, however, fine print noting that the Bipartisan Deal spans 2 years for now.

I give it 50/50 odds.  Trump said last week that he was ending the subsidies because they were bailouts to insurance companies.

But yesterday he was asked about the deal in a press conference with the Greek Prime Minister. Trump said the White House was involved in the deal and supported it as a short term measure. [I doubt he even knew what the deal was, and just did not want to seem uninformed].

This morning, presumably after he had time to learn about what he just said he supported, he tweeted that he supports Sen. Lamar Alexander [the Republican cosponsor of the bill] but that he cannot support "bailing out" the insurance companies, which is what he complained the subsidies do.  Link to tweet: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/920645935981613057

But then today Republican Sens. McCain and Murkowski signaled support for the deal.  Both senators withheld support from the recent Republican repeal efforts, and their support for this deal would be promising.

So, it's kinda all up in the air.  The deal would be good news if it passes, but I'm not holding my breath just yet...
