What I've been up to since February

Hey everybody,
  Just thought I'd drop a note to tell you about my trip to see David and David in Wilmington, NC this past April.  What a great place they live in.  It was such a boost to have warmth, sunshine and flowers all about - -while New York was still dreary.  My hosts were sweet and charming, as all southern gentlemen are.  ;D
We saw the city of Wilmington and all its lovely old houses.  Went south of town to the NC Aquarium and then by ferry to a fine lunch by the water in Southport.  David NC even had the patience to take me birdwatching to a reserve outside of town.  I went back on my own the next morning and actually saw the target bird (Red-cockaded Woodpecker - an endangered species).  It was really nice to see them both again since August 2006 in Montreal.  I hope I see them this summer for a excursion to their (in)famous gay camp ground in Georgia!  Thanks guys, love you both!  Here's some pics:

Yeah, we're hospitable all right!  ;)  It was fun playing tour guide for a few days.  I think one will find true Southern hospitality in small rural towns in GA... esp. at 'men's only' campgrounds - time to fire up the bus for a road trip!  Hopefully, we'll get to see NY in the not-so-distant future.
