Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry about your positive test, but it seems like you're dealing with all of it as well as can be expected. Although, there is a lot of sadness pouring from you. I watched the whole video.
It is great to hear how well your family took the news, and how much support they're giving you. I'm sorry the relationship is not working out. Your partner's pressure to test may have saved you both from getting very ill and finding out in the hospital. It is good he was insistent.
Anyway, keep in touch. Are you monitoring comments on YouTube? I ask, because anything to do with HIV or being gay often beings in a bunch of trolls with hateful comments. But, there are many who will call you awful names for helping grandma across the street.

I too watched your video. It will get better once you get everything figured out. Just take a breath and one day at a time. Don't worry so much about others at the moment, make sure you take care of yourself first
If your friends are truly friends then they will stick around no matter what, situations like these are good tests of the type of friendships you have. Stop blaming yourself for a simple mistake that a lot of folks do. You are the same person today as you were before you were tested, you just have a virus like many many folks have.

Brave thing to do , by that I mean you filmed yourself grappling with life not presenting something neat and tidy.
