CHARLOTTE — Two North Carolina cities have been named in an annual list of the top 10 “Gay Ghettos” in the U.S.

Compiled by the owners of GayRealEstate.com, the list is topped by a two-way tie between Atlanta, Ga., and Portland, Ore. Charlotte comes in at third, with Raleigh ranked fourth in a tie with Tampa, Fla. Charlotte and Raleigh scored high marks for their strong business climate and arts opportunities.

So, today... I was walking down Main Street of Guerneville and singing, "Im gonna wash that man right out of my hair and send him on his way"   NUTHIN HAPPENED and I ran completely out of Show Tunes  ;D  Have the best day

You know Iggy,

I may have that mistake without realizing... I was once cocktailing in an outdoor Waikiki bar and complained to a friend, my tips were not high enough.  My friend suggested my shorts were too tight or maybe too loose. 

I turned 57 this year and my legs do not need to be seen in public.  I think if I try this again, I will get more show tunes.  ;D  Have the best day

I've come to the conclusion that Asheville is the gayest city in NC. There are more lesbians than you can shake a stick at, or would want to because they don't appreciate that sort of thing. They have more gay bars per capita and there are art galleries all over the place. The most important indicator though is I get hit on there more than Raleigh or Charlotte, so there ya go.

Just for clarification, I think the rankings are ridiculous.

If Charlotte is one of the biggest gay ghetto's in the United States then I am the most popular member of this board.
