Arthritis or Buffalo Hump (What really shows up on an MRI)?

Hi Everyone!
I've been having tiredness and weakness in my legs for going on 2 years now. Gait has generally gotten worse as well. I finally saw a Neurologist last week to maybe rule some things out. He wanted some blood work done, a nerve test, an MRI of C Spine and of brain (both w and w/o contrast. Saw him yesterday, everything came back fine, he says .  Also said "your legs are Stronger!). Whatever,  he has a good memory considering I last saw him 4 weeks ago. (Frustration, please just ignore that)

My Question...
The only news to come out of it was he said I have Arthritis in my neck.
I Googled  Buffalo Hump/MRI... the images can give the appearance of what I think of, when it comes to arthritis and the upper back and neck area.  Looks like that hump, or slump of an elderly woman with osteoarthritis.

I weigh #174, my 20 year normal is 160-164. Most of that weight is in the huge, tight basketball that is my stomach now.

Wondering, the doctor's who view these images, are they taking into mind or noticing the large amount of fat on neck (uncommon for general population) before they diagnosis.

So you're polling us to hazard a guess about what a medical second opinion should be?
Next time you see your doctor, get him or her to explain why they think it is arthritis rather than buffalo hump. Until that appointment don't think about it.
