biggest problem I face ,
the cognitive ability to recall
in computer science a linked list stores data . this list is accessed through raw data links
with my own memories in my own mind the ones with highest priority are those with the highest emotional attachment . there seems the ones with anger shame regret seem to have the greatest recall and always seem to push there way to the top .
this results in a constant emotional feeling of pain. good thing they have medications to numb this pain or else functioning would be impossible with such a backlog of hard to deal with emotions preventing even the simplest tasks undoable
HIV and AIDS being a highly emotional experience . well that is a thought and only a thought
wishing you well in all your endeavors
maybe I should just sit back and read a book
maybe something written by Dostoevsky

I too have these issues and I was told mine were due to anxiety and depression. I have never solved them. It concerns me.
