Protected vaginal sex for the first time but all ARS symptom
« on: January 11, 2018, 10:15:08 am »
Hi everyone, I'm 27 years old.
In 18 December 2017, I was passing by the outside of a brothel of my nearby city.
And there a man from the brothel asked me "Are you wanna go to inside? There are lots of women". Out of curiosity I went there and after that I told them I won't do anything please let me go but they forced me that you cannot go from here without having sex. At the a prostitute came and out of huge sexual desire I agree with them to have sex. I used a condom and last for just 30 second, it is like I just insert my penis on her vagina and immediately ejaculate. No kissing or any other activities.
After that I removed the condom and throw it to the toilet carefully.

But I made one mistake here that I didn't wash or clean my penis, instead I wore underwear and came back to home and then I took shower, it took me 1 hour to came back home that means I wash after 1 hour of exposure.

After 6 days of this incidents I started having strong flu like symptom like,
1) fever 2) cough 3)Runny nose 4) two sore on my upper lips 5) neck pain 6) small white itching rash on my armpit shaved area.
7) upper back pain with burning sensation.
8 ) vomiting.
9) fatigue
I never ever experience such a terrible flu in my life
That symptom last for almost 10 days.
But symptom still didn't disappear completely , it is like come and go.

I calm myself by saying this is maybe seasonal flu but in deep inside its telling me that it is not normal flu.

Please tell me why I'm having these symptom despite using a condom.
My feeling is that as I didn't wash or clean my penis after removing condom instead i wore underwear so if there were vaginal fluid on my scrotum that touched penis can cause the problem.

I'm feeling like so unfortunate. I grew up in a third world Muslim country here you have to be established first to get married. I need only 4 months to complete my graduation but one mistake destroy my all hopes and dreams.
And more miserably I have to take the defamation of something I always stay away.
believe me this was my first sex  but yes I did masturbate lots of time.
i don't know what I'll do if I got this cursed disease as I don't live any developed western country.

Please pray for my unfortunate soul and tell is there still any hope?

Hi,

Protected intercourse with an intact condom is not risk for HIV.
Your other concerns are unfounded, see body fluids are not infectious once outside the body and exposed to the environment. It is safe to move on.

Also, next time you are minding you own business sleeping outside a brothel and someone drags you in and forces you to have sex ....just continue using condoms and have a good time. :o

Best,

Thanks for your reply.
Actually I'm so scared as I'm having so many symptoms.
My fault was I didn't wash or use tissue to dry penis after removing the condom Instead I wore the underwear within a minute so my wet penis may touch vaginal fluids on scrotum. I'm not sure about was there any vaginal fluids on my scrotum.
But my symptoms scared me.
Is vaginal fluids on scrotum can causes the problem?

Hi,

None of the fluids were infectious, they were outside the body as I explained to you.
It doesn't matter what you touched or if there were even a sore....no Risk

We don't discuss symptoms, but most have none at all, or they are barley noticable.
work with your doctor, it is not HIV making you sick.

Sorry to disturb you guys again but my condition is getting worse day by day.
Its almost 1 month I'm still having ARS symptoms like mild fever, dry cough, extreme fatigue, itchy body, penis pain, mild night sweats around neck and head, armpit pain, small group white bump on upper lips.
I was a healthy person as I did regular gym, my immune system was also strong I never ever face such terrible illness.
I tested for HSV-1 and HSV-2 in IGg oth test come negative in 25 days and last day I also test for syphilis it also came as non-reactive.
So I think all the symptoms I'm having is related to HIV.

So just tell me getting HIV is that much easy or I'm just the unluckiest person in the world. I had sex with a condom and last for just 30 second, no kissing, no sucking, just entered penis in vagina then ejaculate . condom did not break, sex roughness was almost zero ((I described above).

I live in Bangladesh where treatment is not available like any western countries.
And our society is also extremely conservative, I fear that if they somehow came to know that I'm HIV positive they just throw me out from every single thing like job, university. No one will talk to me.
My family is supportive but if they know that I'll be burden to them.
even my family will face problem from society, I fear that all will leave us if they come to know I'm HIV positive.
I have only one option and that is suicide  :'(

None of the symptoms you mentioned are HIV specific and some of them are simply never HIV related!

You had no HIV risk from what you posted here - None. HIV is simply not transmitted the way you fear, move on with your life.
