Am I? anxious for no reason?
« on: April 11, 2012, 05:39:46 pm »
most of you know far more than i about lab work... i had blood drawn last week, and today got a call back because one of my samples wasn't "frozen enough" to do a viral load count and they want me to come back in for a fresh draw. the nurse that called me, whom i don't know, assured me it was nothing to worry about. easy enough to say, and one of the voices in my head agrees, but that one thats been freaked out because its been six months since my last lab... that voice won't shut the fkup. my question is, whats up with being frozen to get a viral count? does that sound normal or like something came back a bit off and they want to recheck to confirm?

it didn't help that this news came to me at the height of my stress with medco denying a prescription i need for mental health (may they burn in the 7th level of hell) >:(
