HIV has no specific symptoms.  And you cannot diagnose HIV any other way than by testing for it at the appropriate time.  You are well past the waiting period (3 months) and should go ahead and test to get your results.  That will be the only way you know with 100% certainty and really the only way to ease any anxiety.

Ham, neither the presence nor the absence of symptoms will ever tell you anything accurately about your HIV status. And there is absolutely nothing that is HIV specific about the ones you are experiencing.

If your unprotected sex was either vaginal or anal intercourse then you do need to get tested. As AC has told you, now that you are three months past the incident you can get a reliable test result.

You can have sex with as many people as you like and their HIV status is irrelevant as long as whoever is an insertive partner always wears a condom.

As for your symptoms you should discuss them with your doctor.

Cheers,
