Can somebody please help me here? I'm not very technologically minded and twice today I've wanted to put a link from one post to another but can't work out how it's done :(

I have been trying to figure out how to do the exact same thing....Maybe someone will have pity on us ignorant folk..... :-\

This may not be the quickest way but it works for me...

Go to the post you want to link

highlight the url in your browser, and "copy" it

start your new post or reply

click the icon of the globe to "insert hyperlink"

something that looks like {URL}{URL} will appear in the body

click your  cursor right between them, then paste what you copied from before

If you're not sure if you did it right, then click "preview" and then you can see if it's a real link before you post it
