I ordered a ceramic heater this year for our master bath for about $60 bucks. So tired of getting up in the early morning freezing my titties off. (man boobs on a skinny guy... they DO exist not to mention the nether regions crying out)

Actually NOAA has winter storm warnings all the way down to the North Carolina border -- the Poconos down here will get a foot of snow. But from the coast inland 100-150 miles is all rain.

So where is winter anyway? Not complaining mind you. Only 2 or 3 dustings of snow so far. Hopefully this weather will continue as Im not sure if I could take another one like last year. It's going to get a little colder soon but no big storms in sight!

It was in the mid 50's yesterday and around 50 today. Got outside and did some pruning and got my sad body moving.

Snow storm last night. Flurries all day today. Shores of Lake Geneva Switzerland. Cold arrived. I was waiting for sub zero so I could defrost my freezer. Finally did it today.
Sad all that meat I chucked.  Took a good long time to clean the fridge.  Had to clean behind all the door seals and shit.  Fridges are not designed like they used to be. Not average consumer ones.  There are a number of details that should be easier to clean. pieces that should be thick rounded safety glass or thick plastic and thats it. this model has some stupid ass design angles and corner and mixes of plastic and glass. Thinnish plastic.  i was a dumbass not to buy frost free when I bought this 7 years ago.   I need a 1000 bucks for an easier to maintain model.... Oh well, maybe next year... Its very clean for the moment.

Glorious rain! I spent the afternoon bleaching sidewalk moss.

 :P

We're still raking the endless amount of leaves that keep falling.  It's hard to keep up with it. Every day the patio is covered an inch thick !   ::)   I need some cooler weather.

Something between 55 and 60 for the highs would be nice ! We're still at that fine borderline, where the AC has to be turned on for a few minutes.

I just let my leaves blow into the neighbors yard.

a couple of Summers ago, I spent the typical full day raking my mother's entire yard.  The entire neighborhood has those god awful huge maple trees which produce about 10 huge lawn bags full of leaves.  I was totally overheated and grateful to have completed the chore and went inside to suck up some air conditioning.  I stood at the window wiping myself with a cold rag admiring my hard work.

The neighbors on the back side watched me working tirelessly the entire day as they enjoyed their beer and smokes.  The ignorant bastard then fired up his leaf blower and proceded to blow all his leaves under our shared fence.  After watching for a few minutes in disbelief and witnessing my anger level reach the upper limits, I decided to battle him.

I ran down to the post and borrowed a leaf blower and promptly returned the gesture.  I was so pissed that I purposely made sure that they were landing on their family and guests.  I just smiled wickedly as they were yelling and cussing at me to stop.  Didn't happen until I didn't have a single leaf remaining.

There's a very bad ice storm arriving this morning in the Northeast but fortunately I'm avoiding it by 50 miles or so and just getting rain because I'm closer to the coast.

Then the temperatures go to the upper 60's on Sunday before plummeting to 12F a couple of days later.
