Well summer is virtually here and I want to be in tip top shape. So I thought Id watch my food intake and try to take off a few pounds. So, I order a tray of garden salad from the local pizza joint. Its realy good....lettuce, tomatoes, black and green olives, cucumber, carrots, celery and red onions with oil and vinegar. Relatively low calories and low carbs.
I thought Id be off to a great start but they had to include 2 loaves of Italian bread! It was nice of them but damn!!!
I will start the diet tomorrow. :P
