Hi, I've read the welcome post,but the fear it's very high and I need direct help.
I've had vaginal sex protected with a condom with a woman that later I've discover HIV+.
I've made only vaginal sex and protect by condom.
At the end of the sexual act I've see with my eyes the integrity of the condom and my sperm into the condom(so I think that isn't broken), but for hygiene reasons I can't blown up the condom, so I'm not sure at 101%.
After 4 weeks I've had low fever,night sweat,fatigue and a swollen lymph nodes on the clavicle.
I'm scared.
Can I Infect with this relationship?
The integrity of the condom it's sure at 100% also if the person it's hiv+?

Condoms have been proven to prevent hiv infection. There are thousands and thousands of couples around the world where one is positive and one is negative and the negative partner stays that way through condom use.
You don't need to blow a condom up to see if it remained intact. A broken condom is very obvious. If yours broke, you WOULD have known.
You did the right thing and used a condom. You had no risk and do not need to test over this specific incident.
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL STIs together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
Again, while you don't need to test over this specific incident, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

So I'm safe at 100%?zero risk?
I read in many sites that condom protect at 90%, so after this reading I was very scared!
I use EVER the condom, because I've fear of all in the life, in particular of the STI and hiv.

When used correctly and consistently condoms are 100% effective in preventing HIV transmission.

Condoms provide very effective protection against HIV transmission. As long as you use one everytime you have intercourse you shouldn't have any problems with HIV. Nothing is ever going to be 100% safe other than using your hand or abstaining. But condoms come as close to anything is ever going to be perfect and are 99.9% safe as long as they are used properly.
Since there are other STDs out there we do recommend that anyone who's active sexually have a full STD panel done regularly. That means at least once a year and every six months is even better.
This time you don't have to worry about HIV.
