Long Term Use Of HIV Meds Caused Liver Disease
« on: April 26, 2009, 08:45:36 pm »
Not only have i been dealing with HIV and AIDS since 1985, but i now have to battle liver disease. I never abused alcohol. Found out i had it through a blood test. Now i have to have an ultrasound every 6 months and keep an eye on the results of blood tests. So far, everything is stable.

Scott, sorry to hear about this.  Did the doctor tell you specifically it was long-term use of meds that caused your liver disease?
