Penis tip sliding/rubbing on anus
« on: October 23, 2017, 07:10:10 pm »
Im a 28 year old gay male. I’m very worried about some sexual risk taking ive done the last two weeks. Last week i met some guy online and hd came over to my house for sex. He gave me a long blow job, then i rubbed my erect penis shaft on his anus for a fe minutes. Then i put on a condom with a lot of lube and topped him from behind. I didnt cum, but took off the condom and masturbated to finish. There was a lot of lube still on my hands from Thrusting my condom covered penis in and out of his anus so that lube from his anus might have made it into my urethra?. Could this have exposed me to hiv? I never sucked on his penis at all and he left after that.

Yesterday, i invited over another 21 year gay male i met online who is of unknown status. There was no anal sex, just a lot of tongue kissing, and oral sex. Teo things worry me: He masturbated and when he ejaculated i swallowed his cum. There were no cuts in my mouth. Also as he was rubbing his body on top of me beforethe oral sex, there was a moment were it seemed he tried to stick my erection into his anus. I think the tip of my bare penis slid across against his anus! I pulled away almost immediately as i felt it as I have never had bareback anal sex and never would. I dont remember feeling any penetration but who knows

Now I’m so worried that I’ve exposed myself to hiv through these reckless actions. Should i seek out pep?

None of the activities you have described, if they occurred as you write, put you at any viable risk for HIV infection.

You would know if you had been penetrated.

As for your other activities, the HIV is fragile and does not survive outside the body, so would not survive in lube, etc., and/or be transferred intact into your urethra.

Since you did not have gaping wounds in your mouth, you are not at risk for HIV infection because of performing oral sex.

You do not need PEP for the activities described in your post.

Thanks for answering my concerns. A few more issues: Although i didnt have gaping cuts in my mouth, i normally have very large tonsils, and my mouth was kinda dry when i was licking the semen and swallowing. Could this mean swallowing his cum put me at particularly high risk? Could hiv enter into my vey large tonsils and cause me to become positive? This was the dumbest encounter ive had.

And why wouldnt my urethra touching his asshole not be a risk?

Your mouth is a natural barrier and the virus is very fragile, a persons saliva has dozens of proteins and enzymes that damage the virus and leave it unable to infect.
The size of your tonsils makes no difference, as Patrick advised you , nothing you mentioned was risk for HIV.

The virus is not infectious once outside the body and rubbing is not risk for HIV.
HIV is sexually transmitted though unprotected anal and vaginal intercourse.

So there’s no concern about the virus entering into the little holes you have in your tonsils?
About the urethra rubbing on his anus: Although I  remember my penis tip touching his asshole when he tried to insert it in, and me pulling away really quick I don’t remember feeling it penetrating him. But i have large penis and most assholes are tight so it takes some effort to get your penis inside an anus, so maybe I would’ve remembered if penetration actually happened?

I’ve had a VERY sore throat with drainage that started maybe 24 hours after I swallowed his cum, along with fatigue. Do you suppose this is seroconversion due to the oral sex exposure?

Giving oral is considered theoretical and has nothing to do with your tonsils... period
Now...I would know if I stuck my penis in someone and I think you would too, so put that to rest.

Keep in mind other STIs are much easier to transmit and you should be testing for all since you are sexually active.
