is this good place to buy supplements? why are they SO cheap? are they legit?

anyone have any experience with them? do they use good ingredient?

i think they are a fine organization.

Although they do run out of some supps from time to time, overall they have the stuff we are looking for at a good price because they are a 501C Non-Profit organization.

I have been using them for two years. And get almost all my supps from them.

I have done business with both Houston Buyers Club & New York Buyers Club.
Houston Buyers Club:
Ordered a product called CM4.  An herbal concoction claiming to strengthen immune system. 
Houston Buyers Club sent us an order of 4 bottles of CM4 with little stickers covering an expiration date that was stamped with an expired date--of almost a year.  We accepted that excuse that it was a stamping error and used the product. However, we called the company. Left a message on a message machine. A month later we heard from a rep of the company who claimed it was a manufacturing label error which was covered with updated stickers. Four months later we ordered more CM4 when our supply was used up but sent it back when we were faced with same scenario. Yes, more expired stuff with stickers claiming a new expiration date (which covered an older, already expired date).
New York Buyers Club:
Ordered some CM4 two weeks ago. Got stuff that was dated with a 02/2006 expiration date. 
Sent an email; got a credit for purchase of other items. I mailed the expired CM4 back to NYBC.
Meanwhile, we call the company again and they acted all surprised and claimed that they have fresh batches that have been going out on their orders.
I believe George, at New York Buyers Club, over the companies claims. We felt he was sincere and his efforts showed it.
So, maybe you are wondering why we keep ordering this stuff. Well, both of our numbers have improved significantly and we have decided to stay with what worked! The supplements we take are multivitamins from GNC, CM4, and also a product named all-immune.
No more CM4, however. George emailed us that he won't be carrying anymore of that product since they sent him expired stuff which he didn't catch when he shipped it to us.
All in all, both stores are easy to deal with and accommodating and I'd do business with them again.

WHAT THE HECK,,,

i got my orders today ( Lipoid Acid and NAC) and all my bottles said EXPIRED!!! and nobody there is picking up the phone... WHAT THE HECK!

What I fail to understand is that if CM-4 works so well, wouldn't stocks be flying off the shelves? Why would the manufacturer at Omega Pharm send expired supplies to NYBC and HBC? At $39.95 a pop at Omega Pharm, it's almost $14 more without discount at both clubs. 

Guess i'll write to Omega pharm and enquire about this problem and hopefully rectify this for the clubs. I'll keep u guys posted.

Looks like Omega Pharm does not plan to respond on why they were/are supplying expired stock to their retail ends.
I emailed them twice already and still no response. Strange. I shudder to think if they will even ship online orders after getting paid. Think I'll pass on considering this as an option till some acceptable response is obtained from them.

Meanwhile, I'll extract my own eleuthero essence through Siberian ginseng. It's more tangible and definite at least.

Seems alot online supplement companies dun respond also even though they pledge a 24 hour email respond service. What's up with customer service or lack of these days?
