Thank you all so much for the Birthday greeting, There will be a few beers flowing this evening, after all it’s quit a large number to cope with (57) but then again, if you can cope with an HIV diagnosis every thing else just bounces off, and thanks to all of you special people, you all, in your own way helped me through.

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.

Happy birthday, John!  Many happy re-occurrences of the day!!

I'm glad to know there's another 50-something here still trucking (at 51 I may be younger but my body has prematurely aged and appears to be about 70).  Like I tell the youngsters who make fun of my age, you have two choices with your life:  1) live or 2) die.  I'll stick with number 1, thanks!  The ride gets more interesting as I go along.
