I am having head pain and skin rash  dry mouth and dizziness. Is it normal.

It is not normal but not that rare...

In most people this disappear in a few days max 2 weeks

head pain and  dry mouth and dizziness : in many cases disappears after some days
skin rash : topical cream may help, try to see a Doctor.

(I did not have that and not qualified to address your concerns in details, but I happen to be here, and on Sundays, the Forum can go slow: hopefully some knowledgeable posters will chime in)

And... Welcome here

Hoping things will resolve
