Will it increase?

I'm a young student who hasn't started on anything yet I want to start complera and am on a HMO insurance plan through my dad's wifes work . I spoke with a blue cross rep and she said regardless if on on a plan with her all my info is 100% confidential (is this true?) and no one can learn my info unless I give written and verbal consent for them to do so and that my parents receive no bill or info on charge of services because Im over 13( 22 btw). But will her premium increase if I get on meds , will she be notified that excess charges are being charged or will they force her to switch plans? I obviously cant afford my meds out of pocket and don't ever want anyone to know of my status so should I just order generics from overseas? Should I wait til I get my own plan to start treatment? Should I join the trial on campus to get free meds ? Please help I dont know what to do!!!

I am under my mom's insurance plan as I'm still in school. Is there any way for me to get the necessary care I need (doctor's visits, medications, etc.) without her finding out? My mom is very ill and I just can't have her find out about my status since it would just kill her.

If that isn't possible, do I have any other options of receiving cheaper (perhaps even free) medication without having to go through my mom's insurance coverage?

Please help!

I just posted essentially the same exact thing (under parent's insurance, don't want them to know) right after you so I desperately want to know as well.

Your health information is protected by HIPPA.  So I would take the Blue Cross rep at her word.   Your information will not be disclosed to anyone without your authorization.  Including to your sponsor (mother or step mother).
Also, they won't adjust the rate just because you start using it, even if your treatment is expensive.
Getting care on campus is OK if you only recently seroconverted, but if you require meds it might be a better idea to hook up with an infectious diseases clinic (ID clinic).  And participating in clinical trials is a great way to make a contribution, so I strongly encourage that!
