Dears,

Please help me am in a chaos my anxiety is killing me please advise to have some peace of mind.

Am a guy who is always a scared person for STDs for the past 10 years i have never had Sexual Intercource (Penis / Vagina or Penis /Anus) .

Before 2 years i.e, in june 2022 i had oral sex with CONDOM had done to me from an escort , After one month of that incident i got really scared of getting HIV and went for HIV Test (Exactly after one month) which is negative.

I have visited massage parlour one time for body to body massage and others are normal massages no sexual intercourse whatsoever.

Recently before 5 days i was diagnosed with HSV1 on my genital region no idea how  i got that with out sexual intercoruse .

Please advise me for the below

1. Can Oral sex with condom transmits HIV to me in any case.
2. The HIV Test which i took just after one month after the Oral incident which is negative is confirmatory.
3.And my recent diagnosis of HSV1 has anything to do with me being infected with HIV with out knowing

Please Please help me  on the above as my life depends on it ,  getting anxiety thoughts

Read your post three times, you got a blowjob in 2022, it was zero HIV risk to you.

With or without a condom receiving a blowjob lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV, thus it makes sense that after 40+ years of this pandemic in terms of BJ's, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the worlds first.

No HIV risk whatsoever, zero!

That's an easy one, you got it from the blowjob or the massage.

See, herpes is transmitted primarily by skin-to-skin contact and also through saliva for HSV1 even when there is no visible outbreak due to viral shredding, so during the massage, if there was any skin contact with your genital area or during the blowjob as herpes can be passed on in the areas not covered by the condom and when any skin/saliva contact happens, thankfully HIV isn't transmitted this way.

1) No, receiving oral sex isn't an HIV risk.
2) No, but you didn't need testing over the blowjob as it was zero HIV risk.
3) No it has to do with you having herpes.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and get vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

?

Your herpes has everything to do with you having herpes.

Your original question 3 was if your herpes has anything to do with you unknowingly having HIV.

My answer is and remains the same, No it has to do with you having herpes.
