Handjob with vaginal fluids on the hand

(1/3) > >>

JayaK:
Hi,

I'm looking for some risk assessment.

A couple of Fridays ago I went to a massage parlor. I got an oil body massage and then the girl undressed and started to give me a handjob with some lubricant. I fingered her but she was not wet so she used some lubricant on her vagina and then proceeded to do the handjob. I think she used the same hand to lubricate her vagina and to do the handjob.

I finished and she helped me take a shower and clean my penis.

Four days later I started having muscle aches, specially on the left arm and shoulder, both legs and feet. It's been 9 days now since the massage and still feeling muscle pains, specially in the morning and on the knees, like pins and needles. Last night I woke up at 3am (something that's been happening for a couple of years now) and couldn't sleep. I fell sleep again at 4am and then at 5:30am I woke up sweating. No fever, just sweating.

Am I at risk? Should I be concerned.

I've read many posts about handjobs and vaginal fluids and how that is not a risk of HIV, but I'm still concerned. I keep thinking that when she lubricated herself, some vaginal fluids were on her hand and then came in contact with my penis and entered my body.

Thank you so much in advance for any answer and insight on my situation.

Jim Allen:
Hiya,

Read your post three times, you fingered a sex worker and she gave you a handjob. It was zero HIV risk.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and get vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

Hi Jim,

just a follow up question: In your answer you said I fingered a sex worker and that she gave me a handjob, thus, no hiv risk. But she did finger herself during the handjob and continued doing the handjob with the same hand. I've read on other posts that that it's still a no risk situation. Is that right?

I'm asking because my muscle aches don't seem to go away, they just moved from my knees to my feet and fingers now. Also, a couple of days ago I started having a weird headache, like everything is "foggy". I feel a general weakness also. It's been almost 2 weeks now since I got the massage and handjob.

I'm planning to get tested in a couple of weeks.

Thank you so much in advance for your reply.
