I read the post three times; you kissed some guys and sucked them off. Sounds like you had a party. Not sure I get what the mistake was, and I read your post three times.

Irrelevant.

No.

I think reading all your posts there are underlying emotional or mental health issues and if you keep having these irrational fears and overreactions, you should consider talking to a psychiatrist. I wish you well.
--- Quote ---Is there a chance that I can get HIV through giving blowjobs? I only gave bj to only 1 of them, and unfortunately I have a tonsilitis that is just starting up, its mild that I feel like there is some blockage whenever I swallow (make contraction in my mouth).
Before I started to BJ one of them, I've noticed that there's a precum, but when I begin checking his penis before I suck his penis, I think its already been dried out. I already failed to noticed if he had precum again when I'm already giving him a blowjob. But in case there is a precum, what are the chances I can get infected? Is it really a low risk incident just like what the other site indicated, do you really have to a big wound to be able to get it via BJ? Or regardless of if there is wound or not, there is still a risk?
I give the other guy a blowjob like 1 minute (I only gave bj to only 1 of them), and after that we just kissed and jack off. But the guy that I kissed also gave blowjob to my friend. In this incident, he suck my friends penis and I kiss him. Does that mean that I can already get HIV through kissing since he suck my friend? There is no ejaculation, although Im not sure if Ive tasted precum. Are there really a lot of documented case of getting infected through blowjobs even without large wounds? --- End quote ---
The mouth generally lacks a route for HIV to infect, and saliva also neutralises HIV by damaging the receptors needed to infect human cells. Giving a blowjob regardless of the condition of your mouth overall is such a minute HIV risk that it doesn't warrant testing outside the standard yearly screening.
So move on with your life, no drama required or HIV testing outside of standard yealry routine.. Use condoms for any intercourse, consider PrEP, and as you are sexually active, get a yearly STI & HIV screening out of routine.
