NYC subways will be out until at least Sunday or Monday.  Buses will run again Wednesday.  As governor Mario Cuomo stated we are now getting a storm of the century every two years which of course is unprecedented.  But some deny climate changes for political reasons.

Go safe in the aftermath of Sandy all.

the storm is gone, now the aftermath begins.  the worst that happened in my neighborhood was a tree branch smashed a car window, broken tree branches spread around and the electric was out from 9 pm to 1 am. the winds did sound like a loud train was passing by at times.
