And nothing has changed. The fact that your wife has developed a cold means that she's, well, developed a cold. It has nothing to do with you copping hummers off other men.

One more thing. My tongue has been sore for sometime and is pretty pale / white. Is this a symptom of HIV or am I just being parenoind again.

Symptoms or the lack of symptoms mean absolutely nothing when it comes to hiv infection. We don't discuss symptoms here for that reason. We do discuss risk factors and according to your thread in the other forum, you are worried about getting a blowjob.
Getting a blowjob is not a risk for hiv infection, no matter what sort of spin you want to put on it. You didn't have a risk.
Please see your doctor if your symptoms continue to trouble you. They have nothing to do with hiv - how could they when you didn't have a risk?
