I'm back! - personal update

WOW didn't realize I had been gone from the forums for so long.  Time flies when you are having fun it seems.

I found out that I have 2 very mildly leaking heart valves, doc says nothing to worry about just take a baby aspirin a day to prevent clotting.  Quit smoking last labor day, used nicatrol inhaler and it worked, stopped using the inhaler on new years eve and have been nicotine free since then.  Found out I also have an irregular heart beat at times, when I have an attack the 3'rd beat skips.  Again doc said don't worry about it.  Have a heart specialist by the way.  He said as long as I monitor the situation I should not have any complications for a long time if at all.

Still taking care of Louie, he's having more bad days than good ones.  I have been doing an online radio show, and doing psychic readings professionally now and go by the name GayPsychic, published a book, getting ready to publish another one and am even auditioning to be a television talk show host.  Louie and I attended 2 pride events this year as vendors, exhausting but we did it.  Had a great time.

Virul load 470 undetectable and 30%, cholesterol lever over all is great, my HDL needs improving and so does my LDL but doing great just the same.

Will try to post more regularly and be more interactive.

Going to try to be posting on here more.  Things have just been crazy since I was last online.

Good to see you again. I have the leaky valve thing too. Not something I worry about.
